One- sample machines for creep tests by Denison, Model T48 with modernized system of temperature adjustment and recording as well as modernized system of measurement and record of elongation, facilitate conducting tests at temperature up to 1000oC.
Lever system ensures stability of load up to 30 kN. Stability of temperature on the length of the sample and during the test with accuracy of ≤±0.5oC at test temperature up to 800oC, and above, with accuracy of ≤± 1oC, is ensured by PLC controller. Adjustment and measurement of temperature is conducted by means of three sheathed S thermocouples 1st class, located on measurement length of the sample.
Measurement of elongation is conducted by means of extensometer with induction sensors of distance of accuracy of ±0.005 mm on the length of tested sample. Stability of operating conditions, distance sensors is ensured by air conditioning system with ventilation, maintaining fixed ambient temperature of 23±3oC at the level of sensors.
Test parameters are controlled and recorded by creep test system which facilitates archiving and processing thereof. Moto-reducer with system of sensors constituting component of SPP facilitates maintaining stability of sample location.
Each of the machines is equipped with safety device facilitating automatic stoppage and discontinuation of test in emergency situations stemming mainly from exceeding of the admissible variations of preset temperature or lack of power supply.
